Discovering the Future: Transition from School to Adult Life for Students with Visual and Multiple Disabilities, Including Deafblindness

This weekend workshop will help families of students with visual and multiple impairments, including those with deafblindness, learn to make plans for their family member’s adult life after graduation. The targeted audience is families of middle school and high school students who will need services and supports in the community for plans other than traditional graduation to college and career.
