Consideration of Assistive Technology for Young Braille Learners

Do you ever wonder when and how to introduce assistive technology (AT) to young braille students? Learn to use data to plan for the instruction of necessary skills that will lead to the learning of AT. Tips, strategies and resources will be shared during this webinar.Learning Objectives: Participants will deepen their knowledge of active learning assessment, planning, and instruction.

• Participants will use data to plan for the instruction of AT.
• Participants will receive tips, strategies and resources.

Handouts, as well as a link to the webinar, will be sent out to all registered participants via email on the webinar date. Instructions on how to connect will be included.

During the Zoom webinar be sure to sign in with the first, last name, and emaill address of all your registered viewers. Participants calling in via phone will need to send in a SIGN-IN SHEET. Once you are marked attended, you will receive an email notification to take our online evaluation.

A session code will be given to you at the end of the training. You will need to provide this code when you take our survey in order to obtain CEU credit.
