Active Learning Case Studies: Student Centered Planning - January 2021
Live Webinar on January 26, 2021



The purpose of the Study Group this year will be to share case studies and discuss implementation of an Active Learning approach. Using student video and planning documents, participants will collaborate to design effective and meaningful instruction using active learning strategies. Each session will require one volunteer to share information and video of one of their students.

These webinars will not be recorded. Additional Active Learning Study Groups are scheduled for 09/09/2020, 12/01/2020, and 3/30/21. Interested parties are not required to participate in all four meetings, but it is encouraged. Drop-ins are also welcome!

Learning Objectives:
• Participants will deepen their knowledge of active learning assessment, planning, and instruction.

Important Session Information:


Handouts, as well as a link to the webinar, will be sent out to all registered participants via email on the webinar date. Instructions on how to connect will be included.

During the Zoom webinar be sure to sign in with the first, last name, and emaill address of all your registered viewers. Participants calling in via phone will need to send in a SIGN-IN SHEET. Once you are marked attended, you will receive an email notification to take our online evaluation.

A session code will be given to you at the end of the training. You will need to provide this code when you take our survey in order to obtain CEU credit.
