Our youngest learners (birth-5 years) with low vision have unique, foundational learning needs that must be addressed during this short but critical time for development. Medical needs, adjustment to diagnosis, and knowledge about available programs are a few factors that can impact evaluating children, establishing services, and setting priorities for programming.
This conference provides information on the range of services for our youngest learners with low vision with examples of instruction across the home, school, and community learning environments.
Families, ECI staff, and VI professionals are all welcome to attend.
