TSBVI Coffee Hour: Vision to Reality: Designing Transition Plans That Work

Effective transition plans do more than meet compliance—they build futures. Learn how to design practical, student-driven transition plans that connect assessment, instruction, and community resources. This session provides tools and strategies for TVIs, O&M specialists, and families to support independence, employment, and adult-life readiness.

A link to the Zoom session will be included in your confirmation, upon completing your registration. After registering for the session, go to the zoom link and sign in with your first name, last name, and email address. This will prompt Zoom to send you a reminder and it will help us mark attendance for the webinar.

After the session, once you are marked attended, you will receive an email notification to take our online evaluation. A session code will be given to you at the end of the training. You will need to provide this code when taking the evaluation to obtain CEU credit.
