Transition planning involves preparation for movement from school to adult life in the
community. This process is on-going throughout the school years, and intensifies as
your student/child enters the teen years and prepares for graduation. The conference
content focuses on a collaborative transition process for students with low vision who
are primarily print-users functioning on or near grade level.
