TSBVI Coffee Hour: Mental Health Matters - Managing Burnout and Boosting Resilience

Through fostering resilience, individuals can increase their ability to bounce back from adversity, maintain well-being, and thrive in both personal and professional spheres. Come ready to explore actionable strategies for recognizing and managing burnout, including setting boundaries, prioritizing self-care, and seeking support.

Some logistics will be different with our Coffee Hours, as compared to the past, but you can expect the same commitment to providing information, discussion, and collaboration on topics important to students who are blind, visually impaired, or Deafblind.

Important Session Information:


A link to the Zoom session will be included in your confirmation, upon completing your registration. When entering the zoom session be sure to sign in with your first name, last name, and email address. This will help us mark attendance.

After the session, once you are marked attended, you will receive an email notification to take our online evaluation. A session code will be given to you at the end of the training. You will need to provide this code when taking the evaluation to obtain CEU credit.
